Telecaller

 Location: PAN INDIA / DELHI

 Experience: 0–2 years

Salary: 12000-18000

 Job Description:

 Telecallers will work on projects like Tide, contacting potential customers to promote financial solutions, assist with onboarding, and ensure customer satisfaction.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calls: Contact potential customers across India for Tide and other projects.

 • Product Explanation: Clearly articulate the features and benefits of business accounts, payment solutions, and related services.

 • Customer Engagement: Address inquiries, resolve concerns, and facilitate onboarding.

• Follow-ups: Maintain communication to ensure client satisfaction.

• Target Achievement: Meet daily and weekly conversion goals.

 Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.

 • Communication Skills: Fluency in English and Hindi; regional languages advantageous.

 • Experience: Telecalling or customer service experience is a plus.

• Interpersonal Skills: Customer-oriented approach and strong interpersonal skills
