Job Description

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and maintaining good customer relationships.

  • ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers
  • Explain company products/services clearly
  • Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
  • Generate and follow up on leads
  • Maintain records of calls and customer details
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
  • RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience as a Telecaller or Customer Support Executive
