Job Title: Telecalling Executive (Loan Recovery)


Job Description:

We are hiring Telecalling Executives for Loan Recovery. 

The role involves calling customers, following up on overdue payments, reminding them about pending EMIs, and maintaining professional communication.


Responsibilities:

-Make outbound calls to customers for payment follow-up

-Explain dues and payment options clearly

-Maintain daily call records and updates

-Achieve recovery targets


Requirements:

-Good communication skills

-Basic computer knowledge

-Confidence in handling calls

-Experience preferred, freshers can apply
