Job Title: Telesales Executive (Fresher & Experienced)
Job Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Telesales Executives to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining products/services, and closing sales over the phone. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
- Explain products/services and handle customer queries
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Maintain a record of calls and customer details
- Follow up with interested prospects
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to convince and negotiate with customers
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn (for freshers)
- Prior telesales/telecalling experience is a plus (for experienced candidates)
Qualification:
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)
Salary:
- For Freshers: Fixed salary + incentives
- For Experienced: Competitive salary + high incentives (based on performance)
