Telesales Executive

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers interested in purchasing insurance and investment plans offered by Policy Bazaar.
• Understand the customer's requirements and provide tailored recommendations for suitable insurance and investment products.
• Explain the features, benefits, and exclusions of various policies to help customers make informed decisions.
• Assist customers throughout the purchasing process, including documentation and policy issuance.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the organization.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and development programs.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and explain complex financial products and insurance policies.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
• Willingness to work in a target-driven sales environment.
• Preferably a graduate degree or relevant sales experience in the insurance or financial services industry.

Salary: 3 LPA to 4.25 LPA, based on experience and performance.
