This role goes beyond basic cutting — we want someone who understands storytelling, pacing, visual psychology, and modern digital formats.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing & StorytellingEdit engaging videos for YouTube, Instagram Reels, and ads
• Turn raw footage into compelling narratives
• Craft strong hooks in the first 3–5 seconds
• Maintain high audience retention through pacing and visual rhythm
• Creative EnhancementAdd motion graphics, subtitles, sound design, and visual effects
• Use b-roll, overlays, memes, and graphics to enhance storytelling
• Color grade and enhance visual aesthetics
• Design scroll-stopping thumbnails (optional but preferred)
• Performance-Driven EditingEdit with a data mindset — understanding retention, watch time, and engagement
• Optimize content formats for different platforms
• Collaborate with marketing/content teams to improve video performance
• Required SkillsAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro
• Strong understanding of story pacing and visual rhythm
• Experience editing short-form viral content
• Ability to add captions, transitions, motion graphics, and sound effects
• Strong sense of timing, music, and emotional beats
• Bonus Skills (Huge Plus)Motion graphics in Adobe After Effects
• Thumbnail design in Adobe Photoshop
• Knowledge of AI editing tools
• Experience with YouTube growth content
• Familiarity with creator-style editing (MrBeast-style pacing, storytelling edits)
