Job Description

We are a growing artificial flower manufacturing company looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant who can manage accounts as well as maintain factory MIS and reports.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounts in Tally.
• Record purchase, sales, expenses, receipts, and payments.
• Manage GST, invoices, e-way bills, and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain debtor and creditor records and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Maintain production, stock, and inventory records.
• Coordinate with the factory team for production and stock updates.
• Prepare reports for management and support business decision-making.
• Handle general office and accounting documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related field.
• 2–5 years of accounting experience.
• Good knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and GST.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing company will be preferred.
• Honest, disciplined, and willing to learn.

Salary

₹20,000–₹35,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday
