Job Description
- The Real Estate Sales Associate is responsible for guiding clients through the complexities of buying, selling, and leasing properties.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Create compelling property listings using digital tools, including virtual tours, social media marketing, and professional staging advice.
- Prepare and manage essential legal documents, including purchase agreements, representation contracts, and leases.
- Coordinate and lead property showings and open houses, highlighting unique features and addressing potential concerns.
