Salary: 15,000 PM to Maximum gross 20 K PM + Food + Accommadation free

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Canteen Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of the factory canteen in a spinning mill. The candidate will ensure hygienic food preparation, smooth meal service for employees, inventory control, and proper maintenance of the canteen facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily canteen operations for workers and staff.
• Ensure timely preparation and serving of breakfast, lunch, tea, and dinner.
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness as per factory standards.
• Manage canteen staff including cooks, helpers, and housekeeping workers.
• Maintain attendance, duty schedules, and discipline of canteen employees.
• Check raw material stock and coordinate purchase requirements.
• Control food wastage and maintain cost efficiency.
• Ensure proper storage of groceries and perishable items.
• Maintain records of meals served, stock consumption, and expenses.
• Coordinate with HR/Admin regarding employee food requirements and complaints.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Handle inspections and audits related to canteen operations.
• Required QualificationsMinimum Higher Secondary / Diploma preferred.
• Experience in industrial canteen, hostel mess, or factory food operations preferred.
• Knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices.
• Basic record-keeping and supervisory skills.
• Ability to manage manpower and work in shifts if required.
• Experience Minimum 3–7 years of experience in canteen or catering supervision, preferably in textile/spinning mills.
• Preferred Candidate: ProfileCandidates from textile, spinning mill, garment, or industrial catering background preferred.
• Local candidates from Tiruppur or nearby areas are preferred.
