Job Description
Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (CRM – Quotations & Follow-up)
Location: Belur,Dharwad
Department: Sales / CRM
Reports To: Sales Manager / CRM Head
- Key Responsibilities:Prepare and share accurate quotations based on customer requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, accounts, operations) for pricing and approvals
- Follow up with customers on submitted quotations to close deals
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for customer interaction
- Maintain records of inquiries, quotations, and follow-up status
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Address basic customer queries related to pricing, products, and order status
- Support the sales team in achieving targets
- Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree (any stream)
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM / Sales Support / Customer Handling (freshers with good communication can apply)
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic documentation
- Attention to detail (especially in quotation preparation)
- Ability to follow up consistently and close tasks
