Role Description
The Account Executive will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and driving sales growth for GenX PV. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dodda Ballapur. Key responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining and nurturing relationships with clients, managing sales processes, preparing proposals, and striving to meet or exceed sales targets. The Account Executive will also collaborate closely with the internal team to ensure timely delivery of solutions to meet customer needs and contribute to the company’s revenue objectives.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing sales
- Client Relationship Management and consultative selling capabilities
- Knowledge of PV systems, renewable energy products, or similar technical solutions is preferred
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and priorities
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and work collaboratively with internal teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
