Job Description

We are hiring a Commi 2 Chef for our restaurant. Candidate should have experience in handling multiple sections of the kitchen including:


Indian Cuisine


Chinese Cuisine


Tandoor Section


Responsibilities:


Prepare and cook quality dishes as per restaurant standards


Handle daily kitchen operations efficiently


Maintain food hygiene and cleanliness


Coordinate with kitchen staff and helpers


Ensure timely preparation during peak hours


Requirements:


Experience as a Commi 2 or similar role


Knowledge of Indian, Chinese & Tandoor cooking


Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen


Team player with positive attitude


Immediate joining preferred
