Store Executive

Job Title: Store Executive

Reporting To: Store In-Charge / Operations Manager

Education:

Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Supply Chain, or Engineering preferred)

Experience:

1–4 years of experience in store, warehouse, or inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Responsible for / Authorized to:

a) Receive, inspect, store, and issue materials as per approved requirements.

b) Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/Tally and ensure timely stock updates.

c) Monitor stock levels and support replenishment planning.

d) Conduct stock verification and assist in inventory reconciliation activities.

e) Prepare and maintain GRNs, material issue records, and stock reports.

f) Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Quality, and Accounts for smooth material flow.

g) Report stock discrepancies, damaged materials, and obsolete inventory to management.

h) Ensure proper storage, identification, preservation, and housekeeping of materials.

i) Follow company safety procedures, 5S standards, and inventory control policies.

j) Maintain integrity, accuracy, and accountability in handling company inventory and assets.
