Telecalling Executive

Role OverviewWe are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Telecaller to join our mission of "Winning over Heart Disease and Diabetes." You will be the vital link between our patients and their health goals, ensuring they stay consistent with their treatments and helping new leads take their first step toward a healthier life.Key Responsibilities1. Patient Retention & Appointment Management

• Adherence Calls: Connect with existing patients to ensure they are taking their medicines on time and following their prescribed diet.
• Scheduling: Proactively call patients to book and confirm their Panchkarma sessions and doctor consultations.
• Exercise Tracking: Encourage and remind patients to attend their scheduled exercise or yoga sessions at the clinic or via the app.

2. Lead Conversion & Counseling

• Outbound Calling: Reach out to warm leads who have expressed interest in Madhavbaug’s health programs.
• Guidance: Explain the benefits of our holistic approach and motivate potential patients to visit the clinic for an initial screening.
• Follow-ups: Maintain a disciplined follow-up rhythm with "undecided" leads to help them start their health journey.

3. Documentation & Reporting

• Update the Daily Call Report (DCR) with accuracy.
• Maintain patient feedback and escalate any health concerns to the Clinic Doctor immediately.
