Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller – Car Insurance RenewalsJob SummaryWe are looking for a motivated Telecaller to handle car insurance renewal calls, follow up with existing customers, and assist them in renewing their policies. The candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesCall existing customers to remind them about car insurance renewals
  • Explain policy details, benefits, and renewal options
  • Generate leads and convert them into successful renewals
  • Follow up with customers to close pending renewals
  • Maintain call records and update customer data in the system
  • Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
  • Coordinate with insurance companies and internal teams
  • Achieve daily/weekly targets
