Job Description

Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales executive to join our team. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, explaining products or services, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving set targets.

  • Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
  • Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information.
  • Explain products, services, and offers clearly and effectively.
  • Generate leads, follow up, and close sales where applicable.
  • Maintain a record of calls, customer details, and feedback in the database.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve business goals.
  • Handle customer objections politely and professionally.
