Accountant And HR Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant to manage financial records, prepare reports, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support the organization’s financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong numerical skills, knowledge of accounting principles, and experience with financial software.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and statements
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial policies
• Process payroll and employee reimbursements
• Maintain documentation for financial activities
• Process the HR activities such as hiring, attendance, etc. for the other subsidiary properties under the CMK group - CMK Habitat Centre, Vihara by CMK

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience as an accountant or similar role
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• B Com or equivalent
• Experience with GST, VAT, or corporate tax filings
• Knowledge of ERP systems
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
