Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

• Responsible for overall administration of all the Performance/Experience monitoring and optimization tools in respective circle, including drive testing tools.
• Routine monitoring of all the network changes and closely coordinate with the Central  team in parametric tuning for optimal network experience
• Effective routine use of Geo-location tools in trouble shooting network/customer issues, analysis of 3G/4G network coverage tropology, interference metrics, in-building coverage, traffic distribution, handover, handset analytics etc
• New feature testing and optimization
• Geo-location Tool / Mapinfo

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

Coordination with Zonal optimization team in sharing the insight from tools and supporting them in experience improvement initiatives

Detailed knwoledge on 4G technology

Must have technical / professional qualifications
