Job Description

Billing Executive

Company Name: The Dry Fruit Factory

Location: Ground Floor, C.C 72/2546 A-1, Pachalam, Pottakuzhi Cross Road, Ernakulam, Kerala – 682012

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 (Fixed)

Openings: 10

Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Gender: Male Candidates Only

Education: 10th Pass or Below

Experience: Minimum 6 Months Required

English: Not Mandatory

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate bills using billing software and Tally
  • Handle daily cash transactions and receipts
  • Maintain billing records and sales entries
  • Manage cash counter operations
  • Ensure accurate billing and proper documentation
  • Coordinate with accounts team for daily closing

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of Tally
  • Experience in billing and cash handling
  • Familiarity with billing software
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
