Job Purpose

O&M of DATA core

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

1. Operation & Maintenance of  ZTE/CICSO PACO nodes and Routers
2. Timely roll out of PS Core Network
3. Adherence to the NWS Processes
4. NW Modification & Augmentation
5. Ensuring Network Availability >99%
6. Customer Complaints Handling
7. To work in 24X7 shift

 

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

1. Should have Knowledge on PS domain
2. Should have Knowledge on VoLTE
3. Should be able to troubleshoot customer complaints
4. Should be familiar with PS signaling flow
5. Should poses knowledge to take trace from Protocol analyzer and troubleshoot call failures/System failure in short time frame
6. Should have knowledge on IP domain

 

Must have technical / professional qualifications

1. Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Telecommunication with at least three years of PACO experience
2. Preferably Job experience in the ZTE/CISCO PACO nodes / Routers on regular O&M and troubleshooting
