Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Ensure all POS terminals in the area/State/City are deployed/Service as per SLA (e.g., 95%+ uptime)
Ensure proper installation, configuration, and handover of new POS deployments
Monitor daily/weekly faulty devices/POS/ Sound box reports and coordinate return to HO for repair.
Lead and supervise a team of Field Technicians, Deployment Officers, and Support Officers across the state
Manage attendance, field schedules, and route planning for maximum coverage
Maintain accurate Inventory /records of all POS terminals — deployed, in stock, under repair, and decommissioned
Coordinate with HO/vendors for timely supply of replacement units and spare parts
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly service performance reports to regional/HQ management
Qualification
Education: Any Graduate
Experience:2-3 years in POS operations, field services, or fintech; at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role
Required Skills & Competencies
Good in MS Excel / reporting tools for data analysis
Strong team leadership and people management
Target-driven with ability to execute under pressure
Excellent planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
