📞 Telecalling Executive – Job Description🧾 Role OverviewA Telecalling Executive is responsible for communicating with customers over phone calls to promote products/services, handle inquiries, generate leads, and support sales or customer service operations.
- 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential or existing customers
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries
- Explain products/services clearly and confidently
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Maintain customer database and call records
- Follow up with customers for feedback or payments
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
- Resolve customer complaints professionally
- 🧠 Required SkillsGood communication skills (English + Malayalam preferred in Kerala)
- Persuasive and convincing ability
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
- Active listening skills
- Patience and positive attitude
- Ability to handle rejection calmly
