About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our Purplle store. If you love the beauty industry, have excellent people management skills, and can drive sales, this is a great opportunity to grow with India’s fastest-growing beauty retail brand.
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily store operations and ensure excellent customer service
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Lead, motivate and train the store team
- Maintain store visual merchandising as per Purplle standards
- Handle inventory, stock replenishment and shrinkage control
- Manage cash, billing and store administration
- Build strong customer relationships and increase repeat business
- Ensure store hygiene, safety and brand compliance
- Requirements2–5 years of experience as Store Manager / Retail Manager (Beauty/Fashion/FMCG preferred)
- Strong sales and target orientation
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to handle a team of 8–15 people
- Presentable personality with passion for beauty & grooming
- Comfortable with working in shifts and weekends
Education: Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)
