Business Development Associate

We are currently looking for energetic, articulate, and self driven Voice Process Associates to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be the primary voice of our company, engaging with potential customers across the UK and European markets to drive sales, build lasting client relationships, and promote our premium services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Outbound Sales & Lead Conversion: Drive outbound calling campaigns to pitch products/services to prospective B2C or B2B clients in the UK and European markets, converting leads into active sales.

• Client Relationship Management: Understand customer needs, address objections effectively, and present tailored solutions to maximize sales closures.

• Data Management: Accurately log customer interactions, call outcomes, and sales pipelines in the CRM system in real-time.

• Quality & Compliance: Adhere to quality standards, compliance guidelines, and script frameworks.

Eligibility & Requirements :

• Core Competencies: High energy, persuasive negotiation skills, resilience, and a goal-oriented mindset.

• Communication Skills: Excellent Verbal English communication skills with a neutral or easily understandable accent suited for international clientele.

• Work Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in voice-based sales (UK/EU process preferred), Freshers with excellent verbal English communication skills are welcome to apply.

• Work Ethic & Adaptability: High emotional intelligence, exceptional patience, active listening skills, and flexibility to operate effectively.
