• Key Responsibilities

• 1. Menu Hygiene & Listing Optimization

• Ensure 100% accurate and updated menu across all platforms
• Optimize item names, descriptions, and keywords for better visibility
• Maintain correct categorization (veg/non-veg, bestseller tags, combos, etc.)
• Ensure pricing consistency and strategic pricing for conversion

2. Content Management (Photos & Visuals)Audit and improve food images

• Coordinate photoshoots for new launches
• Ensure top-selling items have high-converting images
• A/B test images where possible

• 3. Conversion Rate OptimizationImprove menu structure (top items placement, combos, upsell bundles)
• Create high-performing combos & meal deals
• Work on “frequently bought together” strategy
• Reduce customer drop-offs via smarter menu flow

• 4. Platform Ranking & VisibilityTrack and improve ranking on Swiggy & Zomato
• Optimize for search keywords and cuisine tags
• Work on sponsored listings, ads & visibility campaigns
• Analyze competitor listings and positioning

• 5. Offers, Discounts & CampaignsPlan and execute platform offers (BOGO, % discounts, combos)
• Manage participation in platform events (festivals, campaigns)
• Balance discounting vs profitability

• 6. Customer Experience & RatingsMonitor ratings & reviews daily
• Identify recurring complaints and fix root causes
• Coordinate with operations for quality improvements
• Drive rating improvement strategy (target 4.3+ minimum)

• 7. Data Analysis & ReportingTrack KPIs:
• Conversion rate
• Average Order Value (AOV)
• Order volume
• Menu performance
• Share weekly insights & action plans
• Identify best-selling, low-performing, and high-potential SKUs

• 8. Coordination with Internal TeamsWork with kitchen team for menu changes & packaging
• Work with marketing team for campaigns & creatives
• Align with operations for execution consistency
