Job Description

We are looking for a presentable and confident Customer Relationship Manager who can build strong customer connections and enhance our in-store and online experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for fashion retail.


Handle WhatsApp Business communication with customers (queries, follow-ups, orders


Assist in creating engaging content (reels, stories, customer reviews)


Coordinate with sales team to ensure smooth customer experience


Maintain customer database and follow up for new arrivals, offers, and occasions
