Role Details The Client Account Officer is responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with existing customers of the Bank through proactive outbound calling. The position focuses on cross-selling banking products, enhancing account value, and delivering superior customer service, while consistently achieving assigned business targets.

Overall Job Description  Manage a designated portfolio of existing bank customers through outbound telecalling  Achieve assigned sales and cross-sell targets for the Bank’s products and services  Proactively identify customer needs through effective profiling and recommend suitable products  Enhance the value of existing Current and Savings Accounts through product penetration  Deliver accurate information on products, services, and offers to customers  Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and solution-oriented interactions  Maintain call quality standards, compliance requirements, and internal process guidelines Record customer interactions and update relevant systems accurately and timely
