Job Title: DCDP – Continental
About Us:
A fast-growing café serving quality continental and café-style food with a focus on taste, consistency, and presentation.
Role:
We’re looking for a DCDP (Continental) to handle day-to-day kitchen operations and ensure high-quality food during service.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and plate continental & café dishes (breakfast, salads, sandwiches, mains)
- Maintain consistency, hygiene, and kitchen standards
- Manage mise en place for smooth service
- Support senior chefs and guide junior staff
Requirements:
- 1–3 years experience in continental/café kitchen
- Ability to work in a team setup
- Good knowledge of hygiene and food standards
