Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations. You will oversee food preparation, maintain quality standards, and lead junior kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences consistently.
Key responsibilities :
1.Assist Head Chef in planning and directing all kitchen activities.
2.Supervise, train and motivate kitchen staff during service
3.Prepare and cook dishes to meet guest specifications and quality standards
4.Monitor food portions, ingredients and minimise wastage
5.Ensure HACCP / FSSAI hygiene and sanitation standards are followed
6.Take full charge of the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence
7.Manage stock levels, conduct inventory and coordinate with vendors
8.Expedite orders to ensure timely and quality plate presentation
9.Assist in new menu development and seasonal recipe creation
