Job Description
- Prepare Indo-Chinese items including momos (veg/non-veg), chowmein, Manchurian, chilli paneer, chilli mushroom, chilli potato, gobi Manchurian
- Prepare snacks & fast food such as spring rolls, rolls (veg/non-veg), burgers (veg/paneer/chicken), sandwiches, French fries, crispy corn.
- इंडो-चाइनीज़ आइटम बनाना जैसे मोमोज (वेज/नॉन-वेज), चाउमीन, मंचूरियन, चिली पनीर, चिली मशरूम, चिली पोटैटो, गोबी मंचूरियन।
- स्नैक्स और फास्ट फूड जैसे स्प्रिंग रोल, रोल्स (वेज/नॉन-वेज), बर्गर (वेज/पनीर/चिकन), सैंडविच, फ्रेंच फ्राइज़, क्रिस्पी कॉर्न।
- कॉन्टिनेंटल आइटम जैसे पास्ता बनाना।
- कोल्ड बेवरेज जैसे शेक्स और मोजिटोज़ तैयार करना।
- कॉफी और डेज़र्ट (वाफ़ल, ब्राउनी) की बेसिक तैयारी में मदद करना।
- किचन में साफ-सफाई, हाइजीन और सही स्टोरेज बनाए रखना।
- स्वाद और क्वालिटी को एक-सा रखना और तेज़ सर्विस देना।
- ज़रूरत पड़ने पर किचन हेल्पर के साथ तालमेल बनाना।
- Prepare continental items like pasta.
- Prepare cold beverages including shakes and mojitos.
- Assist in preparation of coffee and desserts such as waffles and brownies (basic handling).
- Maintain food hygiene, cleanliness, and proper storage.
- Ensure consistent taste, portion control, and fast service.
- Coordinate with helper staff during rush hours.
