Job Description
Customer Communication
- Interact with customers via chat, phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Provide timely responses to order-related queries, product information, delivery status, and return/replacement requests.
- Handle customer complaints politely and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Soft spoken
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, etc. (training will be provided).
- Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
- Use of AI tools like Chatgpt
- Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude.
