Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Lathe Machine Operator who can handle precision machining work with consistency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Operate conventional lathe machine for precision components
Perform turning, facing, threading, and basic machining operations
Read and understand drawings and job requirements
Maintain dimensional accuracy as per specifications
Use measuring instruments like micrometers, verniers, gauges
Ensure proper machine maintenance and cleanliness
Requirements
2–5 years experience in lathe operation
Good understanding of machining and tolerances
Ability to work independently on assigned jobs
Knowledge of Tool sharpening
Basic knowledge of tools, speeds, and feeds
Key Expectation
Consistent quality output with minimal supervision.
