Job Title: CNC Turning ProgrammerLocation: Basai Industrial Area, Gurugram, Haryana
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced CNC Turning Programmer to join our manufacturing facility in Basai Industrial Area, Gurugram. The role involves programming, setting, and operating CNC turning (lathe) machines to manufacture precision components as per engineering drawings and production requirements.
- Key Responsibilities:Create, modify, and optimize CNC turning programs using G-code and M-code
- Set up CNC lathe machines, including tool selection, offsets, and fixtures
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and job specifications
- Conduct trial runs and first-piece inspection
- Ensure dimensional accuracy using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, etc.)
- Monitor machine performance and maintain production quality
- Reduce cycle time and improve machining efficiency
- Troubleshoot machine and programming issues
- Maintain proper documentation of programs and production data
- Follow all safety and quality standards
- Required Qualifications: ITI / Diploma in or related field
- 2–6 years of experience in CNC turning programming and operation
- Strong knowledge of G-code and M-code
- Experience with Fanuc / Siemens controllers
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Preferred Skills:Experience in automotive or precision components manufacturing
- Basic knowledge of CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, AutoCAD, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Salary:₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
