Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled PLC Engineer responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining automation systems using PLCs. The candidate will work on industrial automation projects to improve efficiency, reliability, and performance of manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop PLC programs for industrial automation systems
- Configure and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems
- Perform system testing, commissioning, and debugging
- Work with electrical and mechanical teams to integrate automation solutions
- Maintain and upgrade existing automation systems
- Diagnose faults and provide technical support on-site and remotely
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and system manuals
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, etc.)
- Experience with HMI and SCADA systems
- Understanding of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP)
- Knowledge of electrical circuits and control panels
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics..
