PLC Programmer

We are looking for a skilled PLC Programmer to design, program, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial automation systems. The candidate should have hands-on experience in PLC programming, HMI/SCADA development, industrial communication protocols, and machine automation. The role involves working closely with production, maintenance, and electrical teams to ensure smooth machine operations and automation efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs for industrial machines and automation systems.
• Configure and program PLCs such as Siemens, Delta, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Schneider, Omron, or equivalent.
• Design and develop HMI/SCADA screens for machine monitoring and control.
• Integrate sensors, VFDs, servo motors, relays, and field instruments with PLC systems.
• Perform machine commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting at plant sites.
• Diagnose automation and electrical faults and provide quick solutions to minimize downtime.
• Work on machine interlocks, alarms, safety logic, and production process optimization.
• Maintain PLC backups, electrical drawings, and automation documentation.
• Coordinate with electrical, production, and maintenance teams for machine improvements.
• Support preventive maintenance and automation upgrades.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of PLC Programming (Ladder Logic, Function Block Diagram, Structured Text).
• Experience in HMI/SCADA software.
• Understanding of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Ethernet/IP, Profinet, RS485, OPC, etc.).
• Knowledge of VFD, Servo Drives, Sensors, and Industrial Networks.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and control panel schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
