Sr. Engineer with 4-8 years of experience in QA/QC ( Wire Harness )
Location: Faridabad, Haryana, India

Role Description
The Sr. Engineer, QA/QC Engineer - Wire Harness, will oversee the quality assurance and quality control processes for our wire harness production. This full-time, on-site role, based in Faridabad, involves developing and maintaining quality standards, inspecting and testing wire harnesses, troubleshooting issues, and leading initiatives to enhance product reliability. The professional will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements, while implementing continuous improvement practices.
Experience :
4 years experience
Automotive supplier background (Tier 1 / Tier 2 preferred)
Hands-on with customer complaints
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes, including quality management systems and tools.
- Proficiency in wire harness production techniques, testing, and validation processes.
- Experience in conducting inspections, process audits, and root cause analysis.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment and lead quality improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma, in Electrical Electronic Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in wire harness manufacturing or a similar field is preferred.
- Knowledge of applicable industry standards and certifications (ISO,IATF, IPC/WHMA-A-620) is a plus.
