🎯 Role OverviewThe Relationship Manager is responsible for client acquisition, relationship handling, and financial service sales (loan settlement, credit advisory, etc.). The role focuses on building trust with clients and converting leads into business.

• 🧾 Key Responsibilities1. Client Relationship ManagementHandle inbound and outbound leads
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Understand client financial issues (loan default, credit card debt, etc.)
• 2. Sales & ConversionExplain company services (debt settlement, loan advisory)
• Convert leads into paying customers
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• 3. Follow-ups & CoordinationRegular follow-up with clients via calls/WhatsApp/email
• Coordinate with internal teams for case processing
• Maintain proper client records and updates
• 4. Customer SupportResolve client queries and complaints
• Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation
• 🧠 Required SkillsGood communication (Hindi + basic English)
• Sales & negotiation skills
• Client handling experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of loans / credit cards (advantage)
• Target-oriented mindset
• 🎓 EligibilityMinimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
• Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers can apply)
