MAP Financial Services is hiring an experienced Relationship Manager for our Faridabad operations. This is a three-in-one role combining individual sales performance, team leadership, and client portfolio management:
• New client acquisition – Build your own book of HNI and retail investor clients in Faridabad & NCR
• Product sales – Sell Demat accounts, SIPs, mutual funds, equity advisory, PMS, insurance, and lending products
• Team supervision – Lead and mentor the in-house telecalling team AND sales executives, drive lead quality, monitor team output, and improve conversion ratios
You'll work directly with promoter and play a central role in scaling MAP's client base in Faridabad. This is a high-visibility, high-growth position with a clear path to Branch Head / Wealth Manager Head over 2–3 years.
Key Responsibilities — Client Acquisition & Sales (≈50%)
• Onboard new HNI and retail clients in Faridabad & NCR
• Sell across MAP's full product suite: Demat, SIPs, mutual funds, equity, PMS, insurance, lending
• Build long-term client relationships for repeat business and AUM growth
• Conduct portfolio reviews and cross-sell / up-sell to existing clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets on revenue, AUM, and new accounts
Key Responsibilities — Team Supervision (≈40%)
• Supervise and mentor the in-house telecalling team (daily call review, lead quality check, conversion tracking)
• Supervise and mentor field sales executives (daily plan, lead allocation, target tracking)
• Conduct daily morning huddles and weekly performance reviews
• Train telecallers and sales execs on product pitches, objection handling, and closure techniques
• Allocate lead lists, set daily KPIs, and monitor dashboard performance
• Coordinate handover of qualified leads from telecallers to sales execs / self for closure
• Report weekly team performance to franchisee owner
Key Responsibilities — Strategy & Reporting (≈10%)
• Track revenue, AUM, and team productivity in MAP's internal dashboard
• Identify gaps in lead funnel and recommend process improvements
• Stay updated on Motilal Oswal research, new products, and BFSI regulations
• Represent MAP at local events, investor meets, and partner activations
Candidate Requirements
• Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in any stream; B.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) preferred
• Experience: 2 – 3 years of BFSI sales experience (mandatory). Bank / NBFC / broking / mutual fund / insurance / wealth management background required. Prior team handling / supervisory exposure is a strong plus.
• Certifications: NISM VA / VIII / X preferred. Candidates without NISM can be considered if willing to complete within 60 days (MAP will support).
• Languages: Hindi (fluent), English (good), Hinglish comfort
• Skills: Strong financial product knowledge, people management, HNI client management, sales target ownership, Excel / CRM / dashboards
• Two-wheeler / car with valid driving licence
• Age: 25 – 35 years preferred

Salary & Benefits
• Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience, current CTC, and team-handling background)

• Realistic On-Target Earnings (OTE): ₹50,000 – ₹75,000+ per month for performers

Interview Details
