Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving business growth through effective sales and communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities
Connect with potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
Maintain records of leads and client interactions
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Basic understanding of sales and marketing
Confidence in client handling and presentations
Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and CRM tools is a plus
Strong interpersonal and networking abilities
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
