Job Description

Job Title: CRM Executive – Real Estate (Post-Sales & Compliance)

Job Summary


We are looking for a CRM Executive responsible for managing end-to-end customer lifecycle after booking, including registry documentation, maintenance coordination, banking processes, and customer verification. The role ensures smooth execution of all legal, financial, and operational formalities related to flat ownership.


Key Responsibilities

1. Registry & Legal Documentation

Maintain complete record of registry documents (soft + hard copy)

Coordinate with legal team for sale deed, agreement, and registration process

Ensure all registry data is properly updated in CRM

Track pending registries and follow up with customers

2. Banking & Loan Processing

Coordinate with banks for home loan approvals and disbursements

Maintain customer loan files and sanction details

Track disbursement stages and update CRM regularly

Follow up with customers for pending banking documents

3. Customer Screening & Verification

Perform KYC checks and document verification

Validate customer profile before final processing

Flag high-risk or incomplete cases to management

4. Maintenance & Handover Management

Maintain record of maintenance charges and dues

Coordinate flat handover process

Ensure proper documentation at possession stage

Handle customer queries related to maintenance/services

5. CRM Data Management

Ensure 100% accurate data entry in CRM

Track customer journey: Booking → Documentation → Loan → Registry → Handover

Maintain proper file structure (digital + physical)

6. Coordination & Follow-ups

Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, and Site Teams

Regular follow-ups with customers for documentation/payment

Resolve customer issues in a timely manner

7. Reporting

Daily status report of:

Registry status

Loan disbursement status

Pending documents

Handover status

Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports for management
