Job Description
Job Description:We are looking for an experienced and motivated E-commerce Executive who has hands-on experience managing products and sales on eBay and Alibaba platforms. The candidate should be able to handle product listings, customer inquiries, RFQs, quotations, and order coordination professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain product listings on eBay and Alibaba
- Create attractive product titles, descriptions, and specifications
- Handle Alibaba RFQs and prepare quotations for buyers
- Respond to customer inquiries and follow up with clients
- Manage product pricing, inventory, and order processing
- Upload product images and optimize listings for better visibility
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and shipping teams
- Monitor platform performance and improve sales strategies
- Maintain customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally
Required Skills:
- Minimum 1 year experience in e-commerce platforms
- Good knowledge of eBay and Alibaba seller panels
- Experience in RFQ handling and quotation preparation
- Basic understanding of international trade and shipping
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel and product listing tools
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
