Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION :
A Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to improve satisfaction, loyalty, and business growth. They act as the main point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring customer needs are met while identifying opportunities to increase sales and retention.
KEY RESPONSBILITES :
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Monitor customer accounts and ensure high satisfaction levels
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and support teams
- Track customer interactions using CRM software
- Retain existing customers and improve customer loyalty
- Conduct follow-ups and maintain regular communication with clients
