Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager – Real Estate

Location: Faridabad

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reports To: Branch Manager / Sales Head

Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and manage the real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing sales strategies, generating leads, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive business growth.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential and commercial properties.
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, investors, and channel partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with prospective clients and closure of sales deals.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for successful project execution.
  • Train and mentor sales executives to improve performance and productivity.
  • Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • MBA (preferred).
  • 3–8 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role.
  • Required SkillsStrong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team management and leadership abilities.
  • Customer-focused approach.
  • Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Achievement of sales targets.
  • Lead conversion ratio.
  • Revenue generation.
  • Team performance and productivity.
  • Customer satisfaction and retention.

Salary: As per industry standards + Incentives + Performance Bonus.
