Job Overview (Calling Role):

This role is primarily focused on calling and client communication. The candidate will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls, promoting travel services, and converting leads into sales.

Job Description:We are looking for a serious and dedicated Tele Caller / Sales Executive who has prior experience in sales and is comfortable working in a target-based environment. This is not a time-pass role — we are hiring candidates who are looking for long-term growth and are confident in handling clients and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls efficiently.
• Promote and sell travel packages, tours, and services.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable options.
• Follow up strongly with leads and convert them into sales.
• Maintain client relationships to increase repeat bookings.
• Prepare and share quotations with clients.
• Maintain daily reports and customer data in Excel.
• Coordinate with the operations team for bookings and itineraries.
