Job Description
Job Title: Accounts Executive –Warehouse(Preferably in Electronics Industry)
Location: Ghaziabad
Experience: 2–4 Years
Qualification: B. Com / M. Com
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain purchase, sales, and warehouse accounting records.
- Verify invoices, GRNs, and stock entries.
- Reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Process vendor payments and customer receipts.
- Prepare daily and monthly stock and MIS reports.
- Support GST, TDS, and basic accounting compliance.
- Coordinate with Stores, Production, Purchase, and Logistics teams.
- Assist in audits and month-end closing activities.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting, GST, and TDS.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Tally/ERP.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
