Administration Manager – Salons & Studio Apartment OperationsWe are hiring a highly disciplined, experienced, and trustworthy Administration Manager to oversee the complete administration and daily operations of:
- 2 Premium Salon Locations
- Studio Apartments (Rental Operations)
We are looking for a mature, responsible, and strong-minded professional who can manage staff, customer interactions, discipline, operations, and administrative systems smoothly and professionally.
PositionAdministration Manager
Salary₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
(Based on experience, discipline, and capability)
- Experience RequiredMinimum 5 years of administration or operations management experience
- Experience in hospitality, education, defense, retail operations, property management, or service industry preferred
Preferred Candidate ProfileWe prefer candidates from highly disciplined and trusted professional backgrounds such as:
- Ex-Army Personnel
- Retired/Former Vice Principal or School Administrator
- Hospitality Operations Manager
- Property/Facility Administrator
- Senior Office Administrator
- Operations Supervisor
- Key ResponsibilitiesSalon AdministrationSupervise daily operations of both salon branches
- Ensure staff discipline, punctuality, grooming, and professional behavior
- Handle employee coordination, attendance, leave management, and reporting
- Monitor customer service quality and resolve customer complaints professionally
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, stock management, and smooth salon functioning
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers when required
- Studio Apartment ManagementManage operations of 6 studio rental apartments
- Handle tenant communication and issue resolution
- Coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, repairs, and inspections
- Monitor occupancy status and administrative records
- Ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes if applicable
- Staff & AdministrationManage all employees firmly yet professionally
- Maintain operational discipline and accountability
- Prepare daily reports and updates for management
- Monitor expenses and help control unnecessary operational costs
- Ensure all work runs systematically without constant supervision
- Required Skills & QualitiesStrong leadership and administrative control
- Honest, loyal, responsible, and dependable personality
- Tough decision-making ability
- Excellent communication and people-handling skills
- Ability to manage pressure and multiple operations simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, email, reports)
