Job Description – Team Leader (Personal Loan Sales)
Position: Team Leader
Department: Personal Loan Sales
Location: Laxmi Nagar / Janakpuri
Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹40,000 In-Hand + PF + ESIC + Attractive Incentives
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the personal loan sales team
Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals
Generate leads and maintain customer relationships
Handle team performance and daily sales activities
Train and motivate team members for better productivity
Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for smooth loan processing
Ensure proper documentation and customer support
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must have experience in Personal Loan Sales only
Minimum experience in team handling/sales management preferred
Good communication and leadership skills required
Target-oriented and confident personality
