Job Description
- Operations Management:
- Manage daily salon operations and ensure policy compliance.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and salon appearance.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure equipment is functional and well-maintained.
- Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate staff (stylists, therapists, front desk).
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and leaves.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide training.
- Customer Service:
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints.
- Manage bookings, inquiries, and client relationships.
- Sales & Marketing:
- Meet revenue and service targets.
- Upsell services/products.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure health & safety regulation compliance.
- Maintain records of services, sales, and staff performance.
