Business Development Executive – Field Sales Apprentice | Beauty & CosmeticsLocations: Jaunpur, Darbhanga, Muzaffarpur, Motihari, Sitamarhi, West Champaran, Siddharthnagar, Balrampur, Ballia, Varanasi, Ambedkar Nagar, Deoria, Azamgarh, Mau, Kushinagar, Gorakhpur, Deoband, Muzaffarnagar, Meerut, Agra, Mathura, Firozabad, Etawah, Bulandshahr, Greater Noida West, Muradnagar, Hapur, Ghaziabad, Nigoha, Junabganj, Aliganj, Fazullaganj, Nanpara, Bahraich, Harpalpur, Moradabad, Amroha, Shahjahanpur, Tilhar, Faridpur, Aonla, Jalalabad, P Road (Kanpur), Panki, Sachendi, Shuklaganj, Ghatampur, Kannauj, Bindki, Atarra, Dibiyapur, Madhogarh, Kaimganj(Retail Store-Based)
Duration: 12-Month Full-Time Apprenticeship
In-Hand Salary: ₹16,000/month (₹11,500 + ₹4,500 Govt. Benefit) + ₹200 Daily TA/DA + Attractive Incentives
- Key Responsibilities:Visit local markets and generate leads
- Build relationships with retailers and distributors
- Conduct product promotions and sampling activities
- Drive sales and support product launches
- Track sales performance and market trends
Requirements
- Graduates (2021–2025 pass-outs)
- Freshers can apply
- Up to 11 months of sales/field experience accepted
- Must reside within 10 km of the assigned store location
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is mandatory
- Male candidates preferred
Benefits• Fixed salary: ₹11,500 from Nykaa + 4500 from Govt (16000 inhand)
• Daily TA/DA: ₹200
