🎯 Role Overview
We are seeking dynamic and driven Business Development Executives who excel in academic counselling and consultative sales. This role involves engaging with professionals, understanding their career aspirations, and guiding them toward suitable high-value programs. You will be the bridge between aspirants and EduvantX’s prestigious offerings, ensuring meaningful enrolments and long-term academic partnerships.
📌 Key Responsibilities
Connect with professionals and senior learners exploring advanced programs. Assess academic ambitions, professional background, and career trajectory to recommend the best-fit program. Conduct personalized counselling sessions across multiple touchpoints. Address queries, overcome objections, and build trust through subject-matter expertise. Manage inbound and outbound leads effectively to maximize conversions. Maintain accurate records of interactions via CRM tools and generate weekly performance reports. Consistently achieve or surpass monthly enrolment and revenue targets. Job Decprition Requirements Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome. Bachelor’s degree (mandatory). Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Consultative selling mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with academic application procedures. Prior experience handling HNI clients or senior professionals is an advantage.
Compensation & Growth Internship Stipend:
₹7,000per month (₹4,000 per month + ₹3,000 variable) Internship Duration: 3 months. Full-Time Opportunity: Successful interns will be offered a CTC of ₹2.7 -3.2 LPA.
